Andrew Ing brings over 30 years of industry experience in marketing, events, F&B/nightlife operations and management to The Lo & Behold Group. As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew directly oversees operations across the group. The Lo & Behold Group is a hospitality company that creates, owns and operates a series of timeless, thought-provoking concepts, each with a unique story and a distinct perspective on the cultural-culinary landscape. While each has a personality of its own, the properties are united by a carefully considered sense of place, purpose, pioneering design and above all, a commitment to creating awesome experiences for employees, partners and customers alike.

With over 15 years of experience, Angela Loh was the creator of the iconic Singapore JewelFest, Singapore’s most prominent and perhaps even Asia’s most luxurious jewellery exhibition. Angela Loh conceptualised and created JeweLuxe as its CEO, a first of its kind creative retail concept in jewellery, timepiece and sophisticated living. Her passion for all that dazzle and the finer things in life set her on adventures to connect with jewellery houses with private collection of rare gems, iconic and emerging designers with inspiring creations, watchmakers with exclusive and cutting edge craft and designs, and more.
Regional Business Director, APAC, PCMA
Antonio Codinach has more than 14 years of personal and professional experience in education, Learning & Development, training, media and now business events industry, all of them APAC based. A former co-founder of Las Lilas School, Antonio is responsible for managing and developing large existing customers and building new, large project business pipelines across face to face, digital and blended learning solutions. Passionate about customer development, clients’ relations, curriculum design, publishing and multicultural environments as key channels for any professional relationship. Antonio has had an extensive Asia Pacific regional sales experience working with key markets as China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and ANZ.
Country Manager, Booking.com
Bina Tulsidas has had 15 years in the online travel sector in Asia Pacific with Booking.com. She is involved in the expansion of the APAC market in terms of partner growth and presence - opening of offices in the region. She also focuses on revenue management and partner relationships and team growth in the organization.
Executive Director, SACEOS
Bita Seow is the Executive Director for Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS). Working closely with the Singapore Government, Bita is dedicated to help shape the future of Singapore's meetings, incentive, conventions, exhibitions and events industry and help chart the industry's growth path to further the island state's position as a leading regional and global MICE destination and business events hub in Asia.
Goh Ling Ling graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London. As a mother of 3, Ling is keenly aware of the new generation of independent women who value craftsmanship, innovation and storytelling. She believes in things being beautifully made but at the same time practical in nature.
CEO, Textile and Fashion Federation
Ho Semun is the CEO of Textile and Fashion Federation. She joined them in Apr 2018. Prior to TaFF, she was with SGTech and had helmed the organisation for 11 years as its Executive Director. Semun was an executive committee member in the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance and was an active member of the judging panel in regional ICT awards. She was also a committee member of the Singapore industry Transformation Map for Real Estate. She started her career in Fuji Xerox Singapore and had graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management and MBA with NUS.
Managing Director, Airport Operations Management, Changi Airport Group
Jayson Goh currently serves as Managing Director, Airport Operations Management of Changi Airport Group (CAG), overseeing both the Passenger Experience and Development Operations divisions, as well as the Experience Creation, Horticulture and Facility Management teams. Jayson also chairs CAG’s Innovation Work Group, with oversight over the corporate Innovation Lab that drives mid to long term initiatives to future proof the airport. A keen champion for service innovation, Jayson leads the effort in rethinking passenger processes at the airport, driving new initiatives that include automation, robotics and the development of intelligent solutions using data analytics.
Director, People Advisory Services, Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd
Goh Jia Yong provides Human Capital and People consultancy services for public and private sector organisations, with a keen interest in enhancing manpower planning, skills development and capability improvements within the Tourism sector. In his most recent Tourism-related work, he worked with key industry representatives and agencies to develop the Skills Framework for the Tourism Sector, including the Attractions, MICE and Travel sub-sectors.
Global Media Director, Digital Acceleration and Activation, Marketing, McDonald’s
An accomplished marketer, Josephine Tan has been spearheading digital strategy and operational excellence with proven commercial impact across the Asia Pacific region for 20 years. Josephine is currently Global Media Director at McDonald's where she is focused on driving digital acceleration and activation to deliver personalized consumer connections and communication and was instrumental in elevating the McDelivery customer experience from a functional to seamless consumer-first approach. Prior to McDonald's, Josephine has headed up eCommerce/Digital at MediaCom APAC, and managed digital transformation and marketing in North Asia for CBS Interactive and a travel ecommerce startup.
Blogging since 2005 at cheekiemonkie.net with 3 adorable kids, Kelvin Ang is one of Singapore’s top parenting bloggers and winner of Marketing Institute of Singapore's Best Personal Brand Award in 2017. He also co-founded Daddy Matters, an online community of fathers who want to be active and to promote active fatherhood. He is also the author of ‘Got Kids Go Where?’ a book featuring 550 things to do with kids in Singapore. His articles are regularly found in parenting magazines, with his blog being named one of the 10 Most Popular Lifestyles Blogs by The New Paper in 2013.

Her Instagram feed, @Fundamentally_Flawed commands the attention of some 41.3k followers, and it is here that she narrates her tales of food, life and every musing in between. Lennard Yeong is an avid cook and foodie, he was a finalist on Masterchef Asia and currently works as an in house chef for Miele. His food adventures have brought him all over the world and he is now 1 of the 17 Worlds 50 Best tastehunters.

Leonora Lim has been in the logistics industry for 19 years and working exclusively in delivering logistics solutions and enabling supply chains for the life sciences and healthcare industry. Her career with the Deutsche Post DHL network spans more than a decade. Leonora has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Honors from the National University of Singapore and is a Graduate of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. She is also currently pursuing her Executive Masters in Business Administration at the Singapore Management University.

Lim Tian Wee is the founder of Singapore tea brand Gryphon® Tea Company. Since founding it in 2006, he has also founded other tea brands like Monogram, ROJI and gourmet food label, Ujong Gourmet. In 2017, Gryphon® Tea was the first Singapore tea company to introduce a sparkling cold brew tea beverage to the market. With over 25 years of experience in fast moving consumer goods industry, Tian Wee currently is also currently helping food start-ups to scale and expand their business venture.

With over six years of solid experience in the travel trade industry, Paige Lee is currently the Assistant Editor of Special Projects in TTG Asia Media where she creates narratives and compelling visual stories for travel trade players. As a travel junkie, she is passionate about everything in tourism and seeks to recognise and celebrate the best travel experiences in the world.

Having spent two decades growing one of Singapore’s largest fine dining groups, Raymond Lim left to start RESTAURANT LIFESTYLE ASIA in 2016, which focuses on helping real estate developers in the region create their own proprietary dining concepts as the software to complement the hardware. Apart from delivering bespoke restaurant and bar projects from Kuala Lumpur to Shanghai, he also helps foreign F&B brands with market entry into SE Asia as well as help local brands to regionalise.

Rebecca Bisset has lived in Singapore for 20 years and started the business 17 years ago. Before becoming the editor in chief of Expat Living, Rebecca was in photography and video research– so she sees images before the words. She has lived in many countries and loves helping people settle in to their new home – wherever that may be.
Executive Director, Singapore Retailers Association
Rose Tong is the Executive Director of Singapore Retailers Association (SRA). Rose has almost 30 years of experience primarily in the retail leasing, centre management and communications sectors. Rose also served as Chairman of Marina Bay Business Association from 2012 to 2014 where she spearheaded the 1st ever Marina Bay Street Light-Up and worked closely with URA on various Marina Bay initiatives, for example i Light Marina Bay, Marina Bay Singapore Countdown. A NUS graduate in Social Work & Sociology (B.A), Rose is also a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (SIM) in 1990. She is married with 3 teenage children.
Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications, Asia Pacific, Mastercard
Rustom Dastoor currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Mr. Dastoor spearheads the development and activation of integrated marketing strategies with a view to cement the brand’s corporate reputation as the most innovative payment technology company. Mr. Dastoor joined Mastercard in 2014 and has held global roles in marketing strategy and operations, issuer marketing and B2B marketing. He was most recently Senior Vice President of Global B2B Marketing, based at Mastercard’s global headquarters in New York.
Director, International Brand, Tiger Beer (Part of The Heineken Company)
As Director of International Brand, Tiger®, Venus Teoh oversees Tiger’s growth strategy, including market expansion, brand equity and innovation strategy globally. She led the charge to many impactful campaigns and initiatives for the brand, including Tiger® Streetfood , Saving Wild Tigers and the recent launch of Tiger® Roar, an initiative which focuses on supporting unconventional, raw talent worldwide. She joined HEINEKEN in 2003 as Regional Channel Development Manager and has worked on numerous marketing campaigns, brand launches and product development initiatives for key regional, international and mainstream brands.

Wai Mayleng founded experiential agency The Events Artery in 2006. Her 17 years of experience allow for impactful event production and thoughtful guest experiences. Under her leadership, The Events Artery has been voted Top 10 Event Marketing Agency from 2012 – 2016, also clinching 15 regional industry awards. Her latest venture the Singapore Cocktail Festival, sees her as an advocate of the local F&B scene while positioning Singapore as an iconic cocktail destination.
